Our commitment to safety goes beyond compliance with L & I, with state and federal regulatory requirements. Customer and employee safety is a major priority with us, it’s a core value. We understand that safety is not something we do in addition to the work it is how we do the work.
RDM has established an accident prevention program that includes formal safety training, and inspections. We train our employee to identify and correct unsafe conditions and more importantly unsafe work practices. Our programs maintain active industry participation with OSHA and other industry regulatory agencies. Continually improving our safety standards from management and supervisory personal. We reinforce the belief that accident prevention has the same value as quality, cost, schedule, environment, and production.
